1. CONFIDENTIALITY
You agree to treat all beta software, documentation, features, and communications as strictly confidential. You will not disclose, share, or discuss any information about this beta program with anyone outside of Bloody Finger Software, except as required by law.
2. PERMITTED USE
This beta software is provided solely for your personal testing and evaluation. You may not:
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code
• Use the software for any commercial purpose
• Share, distribute, or sublicense the software
• Use the software in a production environment
3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All software, documentation, and materials remain the exclusive property of Bloody Finger Software. You retain no rights to the beta software or any derivative works. Feedback you provide may be used freely by Bloody Finger Software without compensation or attribution.
4. NO WARRANTY
This beta software is provided “as-is” without warranty of any kind. Bloody Finger Software makes no representations about reliability, functionality, or fitness for any purpose. Use at your own risk.
5. TERM
This agreement is effective upon signature and continues until Bloody Finger Software terminates the beta program or your participation. Confidentiality obligations survive termination indefinitely.
6. TERMINATION
Bloody Finger Software may terminate your beta access at any time without notice or cause. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the software and delete all copies.
7. ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By signing below, you acknowledge that you have read and understand this agreement and agree to be bound by its terms.
