AI Cinema: BYOM video editing in the browser
A Premiere-style timeline for AI-generated short-form video — bring your own models, render client-side, keep your keys.
Every AI video tool wants to sell you its model. AI Cinema assumes you already pay for the ones you like — it just wires them together on a timeline.
The idea
BYOM: bring your own model. Connect Replicate, Runway, ElevenLabs, or Pollinations with your own API keys. Storyboard scenes on a Premiere-style timeline with VIDEO, GRAPHICS, VOICEOVER, and MUSIC tracks. Generate stills and motion where you need them, drop in your own footage where you have it, letterboxed cleanly into 9:16, 16:9, or 1:1.
Zero-server stance
Your API keys live in your browser, not on our servers. The final render happens client-side too — ffmpeg.wasm builds the MP4 right in the tab, so your footage never uploads to anyone's cloud. The only cost is whatever you spend with the AI providers you bring.
The finishing pass
Per-segment music and voiceover with prompt control. Title cards via Google Fonts, graphic overlays, crossfades and fade-to-black. Real color grading with a downloadable .cube LUT. Seven starter templates — Product Reveal, Social Story, YouTube Pre-Roll, Tutorial, Brand Anthem, Logo Reveal, or a blank canvas.

The live demo is at ai-cinema-red.vercel.app, and the source is on GitHub. Free, MIT-licensed, still a work in progress — bring a key, bring footage, break it and tell us.
